The first batch of ballot papers for fresh presidential poll have arrived at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, in Nairobi, Kenya.

The Dubai-based Al Ghurair company is the one tendered to printing the ballot papers.

Those expected their names to be on the ballot include the incumbent President Uhuru Kenyatta, Raila Odinga, Cyrus Jirongo, Ekuru Aukot, Michael Wainaina and Japheth Kaluyu.

Others are Abduba Dida and Joe Nyagah.

Last week, Raila sent a letter to IEBC withdrawing his candidature from the rerun, but the Commission insisted that Raila’s name won’t be removed from the ballot until he submits an official withdrawal form 24A.
